I had great experience the other day. I was out to lunch and ran into a customer who I color sealed his new bathroom. I walked over to say hi to this customer and I asked him how everything was going. We talked for a few minutes and he told me that," his bathroom looks great and how amazingly easy it was to keep the bathroom grout clean". This is what make a business owner happy: hearing and unprompted complement from a customer you did work for.
